"I first heard from my daddy's recipes through the vegan depot corona instagram profile and immediately it had to try as soon as I saw that they offered a selection that different cbbler and sweet potato cheesecakes. this food met every note I hoped! while the peach-kick I ordered was without a doubt an A-kbbler, which really caught me from the watch was the cheesecake! it came in a small tub like container, and first I could not see the sweet potato under the cheesecake, but as soon as I dug my spoon through the top layer of creamy cheesecake, I reached some of the best sweet potato filling I had. the tart (I guess Cashew-based) cream cheese and the sweet enough of the potatoes made perfect and gave the cheesecake a more complex taste profile than what I had in a cheesecake before (especially vegan), and the consistency was creamy and cool and left nothing to be desired. sometimes I get a little restless about five star reviews, but this was more than deserved! great eating and I will definitely look forward to my next visit!"
