They used thigh meat. You can still find bits of chicken fats and even small bones I bought. Overall, I could not chop my chicken, because I get pretty boring after a while. The sweet potato chips are good to break the murdy palate of chicken chopping. I have to comment that the hack is quite oily and because they do not cut them into smaller pieces, it is challenging to eat them out of the paper bag. Grief

"Much better then what I expected. after other reviews, I was a little tired of this place. Nothing on the special lunch menu jumped out with me, but I went with some work colleagues anyway. during lunch they make a deal that includes a home drink, also say it should be ready in minutes or get out. we had a table and it probably took minutes, but that was ok. all that came out looked really good, generous sizes given a drink and meal cost my chicken couscous salad was flooded with spinat, shredded carrot, perle cousin, a very nice dressing, a decent amount of cock, pistachios and sonnentrocken tomaten. it was a lot...read more"

"Outstanding food and service, well presented and thoroughly explained the dish. The downfall I felt were the tables being so close together you could hear everybody's conversations. We were seated next to a couple who appeared to do nothing but complain about each course. The restaurant was quite cold inside. Would certainly recommend to friends and the flavour explosions were amazing."
