"The food was excellent. Although the line was outside the door, the service was quick and friendly. I had the fried chicken breast that was perfect. At the condiment station they had a range of hot sauces and syrup for the fried chicken. I can't say how amazing the food was. Everything was perfect and delicious."

"Top-notch service with attention to minute detail. As much as I loathe in general chain restaurants, this is a major exception. They are attentive and helpful. The food is always served in huge portions, and I always have a take- home box. For instance, when I was recently there, I was ordering within an hour of closing, and some snafu in the kitchen made my appetizer (stuffed mushroom) late, so without any mention, they comped me the dish. And were so apologetic. <br/ <br/ The food is always hot when it is supposed to be and cold when it needs to be. Even the plain spaghetti and meatballs is a delight. The chicken dishes are particularly good. I think most of the seafood dishes are unnessesarily creamed or alfredoed to death, I just ask for no sauce or to put it in the side. <br/ <br/ This particular OG is a delight--I hope you enjoy their menu soon."

"This restaurant was AMAZING! From the food to the service staff, everything was impeccable! I ordered chicken that was seasoned and fried to perfection! The cheese grits were creamy and did not have to have any salt added to them. The pancakes were huge! They have this homemade syrup that is very good with hints of praline or some kind of nut. They served HUGE pancakes! I will definitely return."

"Tofu scramble is my favorite breakfast and I was sad when I came to birmingham and couldn't find it, so I was stolen to finally find this place. they also have a series of other vegan options. Although the tofu had a strange taste, in the rule a scramble is made with traditional breakfast aromas and they use soy sauce, I still liked it. I also have a side beyond that, and they make mimosa flights!"

"Unbelievably good food! They raise breakfast to the level of fine dining. Only more friendly and comfortable! I started with coffee, juice and a maple donut the size of a spare tire! Main dish was the Oyster Scramble “Hangtown Style”. A mix of scrambled eggs, onions, andouille sausage, maters and taters, all topped with fried oysters and Serrano chilies! If you have any creole or river rat blood in you, you owe it to yourself to try this dish!"
