"Before lockdown I 'd accumulated many loyalty points on the old card system. After lockdown tried to redeem these but told we don 't use cards anymore, it 's all on the app and reused to give me the one free coffee which I was entitled to. When I queried it, the position was reinforced by an equally arrogant colleague who said they could do nothing about it. I really don 't believe that they couldn 't have just given me a cup of coffee on the presentation of my cards!"

"Great quality food packed full of flavour. We went at lunch and service was quick and helpful. Prices are good value and the layout is lovely, upstairs you can sit near some open french windows and look out on the people visiting the quays. I have also heard evening tapas is to die for so will be back soon!"

"The food was amazing. The service was outstanding. But apparently, the air conditioning is broken in the back of the restaurant and has been for months. So be prepared to sweat if you decide to sit in the back. I felt so bad for the employees."

"Best breakfast in Gloucester! The staff is friendly and attentive. Zeke's offers several gluten-free options for customers with Celiac disease or gluten allergies. That made me happy!! The Zeke's Beans are amazing and the atmosphere is fun. I loved the decor and all paintings on the walls of a local artist. Seeing the cook was pretty cool. Everyone who works there seemed to be happy. That's a good sign. A very small, unpretentious restaurant in the heart of the port with excellent food, good portion sizes and reasonable prices. Come back next year!"

"Nice coffee shop in the north shore! My wife and I were searching for a coffee shop where we could enjoy a coffee and pastry in a nice and comfortable atmosphere and Lone Gull ended up meeting both of our criteria. We ordered a medium coffee, medium vanilla latte and a sugar cookie that had white chocolate chips. Everything was good and the vanilla latte and the right amount of syrup in it. The cookie was fresh and oversized. It was a nice treat. The service was friendlyand the atmosphere was cozy. I felt that there were a lot of regulars in there as there was conversation between a few of the patrons. The pricing was very reasonable as our bill came to less than $9 which would normally be closer to $15 ifwe placed the same order at a Boston-located coffee shop. Nice place and we?ll be back!"

"Pizza delivered almost one hour late and not as ordered. No means in the app to communicate with them. The only option is to contact the store but they didn’t answer. Pizza was terrible and ended up in the trash. The delivery driver was nice and the only highlight of this order. Avoid!"

"King Street Espresso Bar is a large small place to sit down, relax and enjoy a beautiful cup of espresso or whatever other coffee drink that your hearty wishes. I enjoy going there to get away from the office and enjoy a coffee. I highly recommend this place as I visit coffee houses quite often and this place is once the most beautiful."
