"Canadian cuisine is, I suppose, rather an unknown to many. I previously had only a small experience, so when my company and I ran into this Canadian restaurant, I convinced them into giving it a try. First impression, the set up. The restaurant is cosier and nicely decorated than the photos suggest. That been said, this is probably the best thing you'll get. Our salmon expert, who tried every suggestion with salmon, left the restaurant feeling rather hungry (had to visit Panos later in the day!), the rest of us who opted for a meat variety, again, had second thought.The judgement of the taste of any particular dish is highly subjective, and as such, I cannot take a strong position. But the decoration of this restaurant is unique, as is the attitude of the sole person we witnessed working this afternoon, trying hard to manage things! (I say this in the most positive way possible!)"

"I'm a French expat living in Boston, but I'm from Metz and I've been eating at Canada Venture for years. Every time I get back to the country, I swing at this place that is just the best restaurant in Metz. The owners are great and very friendly (and I am glad to consider them as my friends). The food is fantastic and the menu offers several types of Canadian meals that meet all expectations. Eile? Just order the poutins, a traditional meal from Quebec. Would you like to spend a great evening? Go for the 32 € meal and you will enjoy a great Canadian meal from Apetizer to Dessert. For drinks I recommend the Sortilège and the Caribou (both cocktails are made with whisky) and for dessert, definitely the Coupe Manitou, it is my favorite!"

"As much as the Asia Grill offered a great diversity, that now the map is rather light. Similarly, Woks contain only one main ingredient, and little accompaniment. Even if the quality is there, I won't go back."
