"Small vegetarian sugar hut. All produces its organic and come from the farm. The only thing he doesn't even do is butter. the owner and these working companions are very kind. The atmosphere is warm and it's a great experience because I'm not a vegetarian, but I liked it and I renew the experience next year."

"I was so excited to try this place as I used to love Le Local when Chef Louis-Francois Marcotte still owned it, but it didn't meet my perhaps high expectations. Even though the waitresses were incredibly friendly and upbeat, it couldn't make up for the fact that service was slow. We spent a huge chunk of our night hailing down the waitress and waiting to be served. Food was ok but not great. The smoked duck was not tender nor smoky- don't get it as you have to pay extra. The highlight of my meal was probably the iceberg salad- had I known the best dish out of my upscale sugar shack experience would have been greens I would have skipped the one-hour drive and walked over to Mandy's. But to be fair- portions are pretty generous and I liked their creative cocktails. They promote local products through their menu which is awesome. I really hope they can improve as I love a good twist on traditional sugar shacks."
