"We came for brunch on a Sunday and it was about a 45 min wait. Restaurant is located upstairs on the second floor. Make sure your entire party is present or they will not seat you . The food here was delicious. Service was good. This place has a very Sunday brunch atmosphere. If you want something other then you're standard omelets, egg benedict, I highly recommend the Signature Griddled Meatloaf Eggs. The meatloaf was moist and I topped with a nice runny sunny side egg which made it scrumptious. Try it with a house-made biscuit, and you're in for a great meal."

"The space is beautiful but no one will care about you... The vibe was right, the menu is interesting but unfortunately no one cares about the guest experience. We arrived seven minutes early for our reservation and despite several staffers making eye contact with us we weren't acknowledge inside until fourteen minutes after our reservation. We understand that the staff are busy, working hard and things come up. Unfortunately the attitude of carelessness persisted. We had a cocktail and several appetizers but the overall vibe was heavy and that we weren't welcomed. We had planned for dinner but felt more comfortable dining elsewhere. Super bummed since this was a beautiful location near by."

"Girl 's trip to Palm Springs from June 24-27 amd on Saturday, June 25, we did the Tram about 6:30 and it was a wonderful experience!! Once we were at the top, we were going to eat at Peaks. We didn 't have reservations, nor was our wait long. However, the service was not up to par at all!! Our server Chris seemed all over the place and we were ok with that considering they may have been short staff, but the inattentiveness was very poor. We waited forever to get our food, but prior to that even getting lukewarm water was a task. Yes, lukewarm, as they did not have ice. One of the ladies ' salmon was small in size and overcooked for her salad, so she ate around it and fortunately, they did not charge her for it. I, personally, had a shrimp salad with 5 grilled shrimp. The only thing that we all agreed that tasted worth something was the meatloaf another friend had ordered. Overall, we were VERY disappointed in the service and food. We definitely would do the Tram again, but that 's a no to Peaks! And honestly, I think I 'm being generous giving 3 stars!"

"We went there the other day and it was the worst experience ever. We been going there for more then 15 years but the other day. Our food came out wrong, it was cold. And our waiter barely came to ask us if we wanted refills. Waiter spent more time in the bathroom then checking on her customers. Not sure what happened to the usual waiters but clearly the waiter we had was an addict. Not cool at all. Mind you we love this place until that day."
