"Should you long for healthy soybeans, in the Kimberley street there is a soy-night market. Guided by a father and son, they were in business from the beginning of the eighties, only made at home soy milk, grass jelly and soy yoghurt. I tried yogurt without syrup (there are the white and brown sugar syrups available and they depend on either one in yogurt so clear when you want it without). It is warm, delicious, natural silk tofu, and still warm. Very recommended for people who enjoy the taste of freshly made silk tofu."
