"Joseph who looked after our table was amazing. Sadly one meal came out of the kitchen cold, a $80 wagyu steak, cold. It also looked visibly different than the other exact steak at the table. Before trying it we asked the server why the steak looked different and had barely any frites on it in comparison to the other one and he basically told us we were imagining it. When we started eating it became apparent that the visual difference wasn’t the only thing wrong but that it was ice cold. We waved over someone as we couldn’t see Joseph at that moment and upon telling the woman that the steak was ice cold she asked “what do you want me to do?”. We asked her for a new and actually warm steak but instead we got the same steak now well done back. Now Joseph saw what had happened and took the well done steak and promised to get this sorted for us. The kitchen took over 20min to send out a new correctly prepared and warm steak, at which point everyone else at the table had finished their meal and all the leftover sides were cold. This was the dish of the birthday person so rather unfortunate that the person for whom this dinner was planned had a rather bad experience. Joseph made sure the steak wasn’t charged to the bill which was appreciated and he did everything possible to make up for the kitchens failings but based on this experience we would not recommend visiting. You can have the best staff looking after tables if the kitchen thinks it’s ok to send out cold steaks, then just reheat and turn a medium steak into well done to then let them wait 20min while all sides turn cold there is nothing much that could change the experience to a good one. The chef should be embarrassed at a restaurant like this to deliver such low quality."

"What an amazing dinner! Our server was awesome and took great care of us. It was my first visit and she gave us the grand tour, brought out the meat platters, and gave us great suggestions. The food was spectacular. We got the 50 oz porterhouse and they cut it at the table, cooked perfectly with truffle butter. We had a 24oz lobster tail, unfortunately was over cooked but they took care of it. Great quality steaks and will make me come back just for that! For dessert we got the sweet butter cake and OMG it was amazing. A MUST VISIT!"
