"It was my first time trying Chronic Tacos and wont go back. I tried their vegan chicken taco, and having liked it, ordered the california burrito. I asked the server, a dude named David, if I can get the french fries on the side instead of inside the burrito since I like them crisp and not soggy after he puts the sauces on the burrito. His response shocked me. He said I am not going to allow gaming our system and made sure my burrito was very short on rice, since he thought I should not get enough rice to make up for the fries not being inside!! Dude, I just spent over $30 for a meal at your freaking hole in a wall, and you want to accuse me of gaming the system to get a freaking extra spoon of rice? I was flabbergasted, but didnt say anything and ate the limp burrito deliberately made limp to ensure there isn 't enough rice to compensate for the fries not being inside!!"

"I am reading the other peoples comments and I am so confused with how people actually enjoy this place. The food is trash. The chicken tastes like it was used reused and possibly feet washed in it. Everything was gross. We left our entire meal and we’re still decent people and paid and paid 29 dollars for it. Waitress didn’t even ask or check up on us. I don’t know there are so many good restaurants around why do people come here. Shut it down! I feel so gross even trying the food. Disgusting, literally please burn it down I can’t even cope how other people were eatting it tjere like all five of them. The stars should be negative 500. Stay away if you don’t want to get sick."

"Got the signature burricho. Not fully cooked rice, unseasoned meat, not to mention the sour cream tasted very off for sour cream. No nachos to be found inside this bad boy, just disappointment. Certainly not worth almost 15 dollars post tax (Edit: the burrito was also very lukewarm, but that could also be due to half the burrito being veggies/sour cream)"

"Great food, large portion price is reasonable. So far everything I tried tasted great. Place gets really crowded so we normally gets here within an hour after they opened. This is my 7th year coming to this location, drove 37 miles for brunch today. I was recommended by a person who's been coming here for almost 40 years, lol!!! My favorite are their fish shrimps soup, tostada chips salsa. Please check their daily specials."
