"Went through the drive-thru first thing in the morning to get breakfast. Did not get what I ordered the two crunch wraps made of steak. I went back through the drive-thru and reported the mistake was apologized to and told to pull forward. When I arrived back at the window I was asked for my card back for a refund. I obliged and a refund was processed. I was told just a moment and a few seconds later I was given a bag with the correct food in it however it was not made correctly. The two crunchwraps were not grilled they were just folded into almost a burrito shape with very little filling. I asked for my card back and was handed it with a new receipt. I asked if he charged me again and he said yes I can't give you the food for free. I was not expecting anything for free I was expecting what I ordered. I could not believe he processed a refund then charged me again. It took 3 days for my refund to come back to my card. I did not approve a second charge and while a lot of people have lots of money that is not something I have available to me and it was my gas money that was put on hold. It was very inconvenient that I had to deal with further financial issues due to someone else's mistake. I filled out the survey online and contacted via the website and waited four or five days and still have not heard back from anyone. I will not be visiting this Taco Bell again and I suggest you do the same."
