"They make the fallen and drive them to another location .. waited 20min in the drive-thru with only 2 cars in front of me, took a good 5min to confirm them even by the loudspeaker. Finally I gave my food and no drink, waited 5min for a soda that was just water with 3 ice cubes. never disturb this place again."

"It looked fine until I had the first bite. As a person who have been eating tofu and beans for a whole life, I know exactly when the beans products has gone bad. You could literally tell by the stickiness of the texture, taste and smell. All those signs hit me so hard that I had to spitted out the tofu. It was so gross. I went to informed the person at the restaurant but they insisted that it was totally ok to eat. (They just looked at the tofu and not even try to examining it). Well, I have been cooking tofu with spices for year. I know how the tofu texture supposed to be like. I insisted that I don?t feel comfortable eating it so restaurant ended up offering to replace the tofu for me. At first, I thought they were going to give me a new bowl because the spoiled tofu already mixed with other stuffs in the bowl. Turned out that they just picked out the tofu and put other vegetables into the same bowl. How cheap, inconsiderate and poor service they are. Highly NOT RECOMMEND this place."

"Went here for my boyfriend's birthday with a group of 12 people, got some margarita pitchers to share (mango is my personal favorite as well as some guacamole. I got the steak tacos as my entree and they were very delicious, the truffle aioli is awesome. It was extremely crowded as it was a Saturday night at 6pm (and also apparently a bad Santa bar crawl night , but I made a reservation so we had no issues. Our waiter was super friendly and solidly attentive for how busy they were. We came during happy hour so the tacos were super reasonably priced, highly recommend Te Amo as a happy hour spot or a spot for a large group! Definitely a New Haven gem : especially since they have happy hour every day."
