I will be more weak in the way that the mind is ready, but the burritos are more tasty"

"Wir waren am frühen Samstagabend im Enchilada in Bayreuth zum Essen. Bevor ich loslege möchte ich erwähnen das ich Enchilada Stammgast bin, allerdings in Augsburg. Bisher war ich immer sehr zufrieden. Meine Begleitung konnte ich mit dem Besuch allerdings nicht von der Kette überzeugen.Wie immer entschied ich mich für den Chimichanga Burrito. Diesmal erwartete mich aber eine negative Überraschung. Der Burrito war frittiert. So wurde mir dieser noch nie in einem Enchilada serviert. Naja, grundsätzlich ist gegen diese "Art des Hauses" nichts einzuwenden, wenn es zumindest auf der Karte ausgewiesen wäre. Nach einem kurzen Check mit der Bedienung mussten wir feststellen, dass dies nicht der Fall ist. Auf meine Kritik, wurde mit einem "Ich leite es weiter" reagiert. Hoffe dies geschieht auch.Da wir allerdings bereits 45 Minuten auf das Essen warten mussten und ziemlich hungrig waren, wurde das Essen von uns angenommen. Geschmacklich war der Burrito nichts besonderes. Allerdings kann ich grundsätzlich nichts mit einem frittierten Burrito anfangen. Dazu war dieser ziemlich lasch gewürzt. So bin ich das nicht gewohnt. Das Chili Con Carne war ziemlich Reis lastig.Meine Begleitung hatte die vegetarischen Enchilladas. Der Beilagenreis war geschmacklich lasch und klebrig. Die Pommes waren immerhin gut gewürzt.Schade, dass ich meiner Begleitung nicht das gewohnte Enchilada Erlebnis aufzeigen konnte. Auch bei einem Franchise kommt es wohl zu erheblichen Qualitätsunterschieden. Der nächste Besuch wird wieder in Augsburg statt finden."
