"Today I saw exactly how the customer service should be. I ordered the door-sh pickup. I wanted to come in. The man at the front was notch. He told me what he put in his pocket and asked me what he could change for me. The place was super clean and it was one of the best food experiences I had since moving to Baytown. Kudos DQ! I wish I had his name."

"I just stumbled at this place that drove around Baytown and searched for a place to have a quick lunch. I tend to be drawn to independent Mexican restaurants. This place didn't disappoint me. I was very fast sitting served a drink, chips, salsa and queso. I had the beef fajita lunch special, it was less than $10 and I chose Charro beans over fried. All foods were abundant portions and very good they threw a little guacamole on the plate also. I ran into an old gentleman who appears to be a regular one there that is somewhere near a locomotive mechanic, and he and I met a conversation and had a very pleasant time. The place was busy, but not completely full, and the people came and went all the time. If I'm in Baytown and need lunch, I'll eat here again..."

"I used doordash 2x in this week to breakfast from here. every time several items are missing. it's ridiculous. even if I go to drive thru the customer service is terrible! the small children who work there have no communication skills. they simply nod their head yes or no like idiots who can not speak better!"
