"Absolutely terrible food and customer service. My order has been incorrect just about every time I’ve ever ordered food from there and it’s all literally thrown in a bag with no labeling or any kind of care. I understand it gets hectic and mistakes happen.. we are human after all.. but this is ridiculous. 9 times out of 10 the food has been cold as well. You try to call and either no one answers or if you can get them to answer then they act like they don’t care and it isn’t their problem. The incompetence at this place is astonishing. KMAC enterprises (the owners) need to do a better job governing their employees and auditing their stores for quality. I don’t know how anyone actually enjoys eating here. I will never spend another red cent in this place… and this is coming from a die hard Taco Bell lover. Do better."

"Most of my family loves the food here. I find it decent, but it's never my go-to choice. The salsa tastes like they use canned tomato sauce as a base. I recently has the soup, which was a bit bland and the taco salad beef meat wasn't seasoned much. Beautiful atmosphere and good service."
