"1. Visit, food was better than your average bar food. Portions are huge and bartender Morgan was great. Since our first visit we have been 4 or 5 times in the last 3 months. Every time it was good until today 11/3. Nothing we ordered was on average, the steak and cheese lower part, the buffalo chicken package, the frits, the chips... and even worse a $14 Pepperoni pizza, which tasted and smells like Basfett. Wait staff EATING at the railway station in full sight of customers....can not return for a while and modified rating from 5 to 4."

"Why say you are open until 2am if you turn off the grills at 1:30? Uber sent 3 separate drivers to collect an order that wasn't being made because this taco bell location accepted the order with no intention of making it- the drivers all arrived, said they had already turned off the grill and left. Uber eats being Uber eats kept sending another-because they accepted the order. Why even keep posted hours if the staff are completely ignoring them?"

"Ok, so I usually don't complain and try to be understanding given hiring post-covid. Before I address the bad, let me address the good. This was what I feel to more of an authentic flare to the food. The food arrived super hot and fresh!!! You could tell it was cooked with care and done as it was ordered. I have no complaints about the decor or the atmosphere in the restaurant. I had a taco de lengua, and it was absolutely delicious. My main dish, carnitas in salsa verde was perfection. So, grading the food and chef, 10 stars!!!!! Now, to the negative. The waiter was without any character or warming experience. Very minimal talking, seemed bothered to refill drinks and it seemed a strain on him to even say your welcome. (De Nada) I would absolutely go back for the food, but unfortunately the experience with service was subpar and I would struggle to return unless service greatly improves."

"Went thru the ride thru on Lewisville-Clemmons Rd, Tiyana was the cashier. As you can see my order from the ticket, they have stuffed 3 Taco Supremes in the bag instead of a Chicken Quesadilla Combo. I should have known that they would laugh my order expediently through them and giggling closed with the window, I thought sure it was okay, but they will not even answer the phone. I'm sure she messed up the order because I'm a white guy in a convertible, you could feel the animosity she had facing me. BTW I was the only customer they had at the time. I'm not gonna be back, and I'm gonna hold a General Mgr!"
