"When visiting Puerto Vallarta, we took a side trip to La Cruz. This place is not to be missed. They have excellent food and a band for your listening and dancing pleasure. The owner, Norma, is very sweet and will make you feel welcome at her establishment. The onion rings are the best I have had in all of Mexico! My husband had a chicken sandwich and he said it was tender and moist. I had a taco salad and it was also very good! The prices are very reasonable. We enjoyed the band and food so much that we went back for a second visit! I would definitely recommend visiting this establishment. You will not be disappointed!"

"Enjoyed dinner here on our recent trip into La Cruz. I had the fish of the day, Mahi Mahi in an orange sauce. It was great, like all my meals I've had in La Cruz the seafood is so fresh. The service was quite unique in a good way. Roberto is a lot of fun with his comedic and relaxed style. He was a lot of fun. The décor is really nice as well with ceiling fans to cool you off as well.I would definitely go back."

"This is the way to run a restaurant - do one thing, but do it better than everyone else. Simple menu: Rib eye tacos (corn or flour tortilla). Served with a plate of salsa, radishes, limes, and amazing grilled jalepenos. Add to that beer, wine, or margarita and you'll (literally) be eating your food in less than 5 minutes. Affordable, clean, friendly place to eat. I have friends that live in La Cruz, so I know I'll be back - but even if I had no other reason to visit there, I'd go back just to eat at Tacos on the Street :)"

"Masala is my favorite restaurant in La Cruz and one of the best in Banderas Bay. The atmosphere is classy and lovely and the service is very professional and friendly. It's where you go when you have a special occasion to celebrate, want a romantic dinner or simply an excellent dining experience. My friends are always a little surprised when they walk into Masala from the little village road outside. It's like entering another world. Their 'special of the day' , which includes a starter and dessert along with the special entree is always an excellent value as well as delicious. I've had their seared tuna, pasta Alfredo with prawns and an especially tasty chicken breast stuffed with spinach, pine nuts and goat cheese with a creamy sauce. Everything is always done to perfection and the chef takes a lot of time on the presentation as well. My husband is hoping to try every item on the menu while we're here this season. Highly recommended."

"Volvimos después de un par de años y siguen preparando el mejor ceviche de todo Vallarta! Las empanadas de camarón están muy ricas también. El lugar aunque limpio, no es el mas bonito, pero vale la pena ir a comer su ceviche molido."
