"I definitely regret choosing this location because they're not open and it's 11:15 and it's supposed to be open at 11 o'clock promptly. I came to this location early and waited actually from from 10:43 and it's still is not open now at 11:15 . I drove around back to see if anyone was parked and there were 2 white cars sitting there with people in it but no one was getting out too to go into this place of business. It's very unprofessional and inconsiderate of customers who expecting a business to be open at the time it states that its going to be open."

"Small cups of ice cream for high prices!!!! Staff do not wear face masks and do not wear gloves while touching the ice cone. When I noticed that I chose my ice cream to be placed in a cup. Very careless!!! The pistachio ice cream was good and creamy, but the butter Pecan was not. If you are looking for a good Paleteria, I recommend Janitzio in the forest park. Message to the owner: Make sure that your employees wear gloves when you treat the ice. Please need staff to wear a face mask."

"Very busy at lunch, walked in and there was a sea of hi-vis shirts . The carne asada taco was good, the sope was ok and the gordita was average as well. The torta didn't have much carne asada filling in it. The horchata was decent. Bathrooms are small but clean, dining area is small and slightly cramped. The menu should list the prices however, it's digital so I know it's easy to do and won't cost any money as far as reprinting menus."
