"I visited Wendy's because I was craving the Taco Supremo salad. I walked over from work, a couple of blocks away, and took the food to go. Once I arrived back at my desk I opened up the container of chili, only to find a...long, black hair inside the container. I had the receipt with me so I filled out the feedback survey to advise them about what happened, as I didn't have time to go back right then. That evening, the restaurant manager emailed me and apologized, and provided me with an offer to come in for a free replacement meal. I went back the following week and they remembered me from before; they were happy to ensure I had everything I needed as a replacement meal and were super friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff members' demeanour and have been back a couple of times since, without any further issues. This was definitely the right way to conduct service recovery!"

"This is a relatively new fast food restaurant here in western B.C. and I was wanting to check them out. After coming back to Canada from living in Mexico for 15+ years I have yet to find decent Mexican food. I was surprised to see the variety of ingredient options. I ordered the 3 taco platter and they gave me one each, carne asada, pollo and barbacoa, and a nice assortment of toppings. I found all to have authentic flavors. The next day I went back and tried one of the huge burritos, again really good flavor that took me back to Mexico. I want to go back and try other dishes that they offer, but that'll have to wait until my next trip to the coast."

"Ordered 7-layer burrito, which should have bucamole, salat, tomato, cheese and acidic saw. it contained tons of beans, one or two small bits tomaten, a shredder of salat, a tiny, almost inseparable dab of guacamole and NO cheese, NO...rice and NO sour cream. I complained and asked for a discount for missing ingredients. they did not seem to understand what I wanted. I was too late for a date and just gave up. very disappointed. I have often eaten 7 layers at other taco bells, all of which are much better than those here."
