"Not gluten-free friendly—they need to train their staff and keep a list in the kitchen so when someone asks for them to make sure something is gluten-free, it really is. I was told a dish was gluten-free and later reacted and then found out that the potatoes in the dish went through the fryer with other stuff, so definitely not gluten-free (the second server who told me that was at least clued in and the first server clearly wasn’t. It can really make some of us sick, and I was lucky I only had a mild reaction, since a bad reaction can lay me up in bed with flu-like symptoms."

"One of the very few spots serving delicious food pretty late at night! Stopped by on our first night in Moab since we got here around 10:30 ish and almost everything around was shut.. No line and we ordered their chicken fajita burritos (delicious), mexican cheese corn (okay), chocolate flan cake (delicious), mexican custard with jelly (okay) and taco salad (good). Honestly the chicken fajitas were really good loaded with chicken+veggies+guac top it off with their spicy red sauce or green sauce and its an amazing burrito for sure!! Their mexican cheese corn was disappointing the corn itself wasnt sweet and the cheese and spices added no flavor to it. The taco salad was good but loaded with potatoes. I love how their desserts were mildly sweet perfect for someone like me who does not have a sweet tooth. But we devoured the moist chocolate flan and the cake was moist as well.Loads of indoor and outdoor seating. Food is served fresh and hot. They have a ton of mexican soft beverages too. All in all a good spot in Moab especially if you want something to eat late at night."

"Tacos El Gordo is amazinggggggg please visit her. We were in Moab for two days and went both days to eat from their food truck. So affordable and delicious! Shrimp taco was SO GOOD. We even tried Paninis of a Panini truck and her “Pinch Me” smoothie was so refreshing. What a beautiful place and so many options to choose from!"

"Most flavourful and fresh tasting vegan nachos ever. Wait, even better than any beef nachos I’ve ever had! The vegan queso is actually creamy while the walnut meat has great texture and flavour. Have paid twice as much for lesser vegan nachos at home. She was also really accommodating as she originally said she wasn’t ready to make nachos but then offered to do them for me if I didn’t mind waiting. Such great customer service! They were definitely worth waiting for."
