"I'm not usually one to make bad reviews and complain. just now that people don't even want to work, and I work in the food industry, so I know how it is. but wow. my wife and I were here for a short night. I ordered our food. drove our 3 minutes drive to home, began to eat and wow. the pommes were as if they were fried and thrown into the walk to be served from there. the hepper were deconstructed in the wrappers. service was very friendly and we have all our food. but pay $25 for 2 dinners of this quality, very disappointing, and the load was not even busy."

"Moving back to Mount Vernon after 8 years overseas and very happy to see a place like this in our town. Highly recommend the goulash, we upcharged to swap the white rice for their garlic mashed potatoes with it and my wife and I shared the bowl and not a drop was left, insanely good flavor and just how it should be. The sweet plantains on the menu was a nice surprise and done perfectly without being sticky or burnt. We will be back!"
