"NEW MANAGEMENT is FANTASTIK! This is the first time I was in this Taco Bell location in a few years. My family and I were really awakened not only by the level of care and attention in the restaurant cleanliness, storage and food preparation, but also by the extraordinary customer service that each member with whom we interacted. Our order had several adjustment and nutritional requirements and this was the first instance in which the order was made accurate. The manager Jay is a fortune for your organization and definitely deserves kudos. It is easy to see that he is proud to operate a tight ship and promote a fantastic work environment for his employees. (Who can be rare in the restaurant industry. He made my family and I feel welcome from the moment we went in the door. Through the dilligence of his staff in creating a safe and clean atmosphere, we felt more than comfortable food. Thanks HWY 20 NV Taco Bell! You are the best!"

"I love this place absolutely. The staff is great and the food is phenomenal. You can say someone spends time with the staff to train them properly. I usually don't write reviews for restaurants, because after a while they seem to go to them, but this place doesn't and that one time that my food came wrong, they repaired it immediately. I would recommend everyone if you did not eat here, you need to try this place and if you want this kind of food you come back and forth. Great work."
