"If I could put ZERO stars I would. I have been ordering here since they opened! Tonight will be my last. Place a simple order (tenders and a sandwich 2 hours ago. I know it can get busy so I waited patiently. After a hour and a half I called the restaurant wondering where my order was and was told it’s on the way. I then spoke with them again and they placed the driver on the phone (he was at the restaurant he told me he tried to deliver my food and spoke with someone that told him to go to a different address. When he read back my phone number he called the wrong number (typed it in incorrectly okay. Things happen right? He told me he was gunna come deliver my food and I still agreed to wait. (It’s late now and nothing is open and I worked all day and haven’t eaten yet. I then speak with the manager and she told me she’s not having the driver deliver the food and is going to refund me the order…. I was shocked that she rather lose a customer than just send the driver with the food that’s supposedly already made to me? I told her I have been waiting now 2 hours and a just canceling my order is suppose to be chill.. if she was the one in my shoes I don’t think she would have been so careless. But she was. She said oh well and that we shouldn’t be ordering to them anyway that we might be too far away. Imagine?? MIND YOU IVE ORDERED FROM HERE DOZENS OF TIMES. LOL. Just can’t believe a business could be so careless and unprofessional with their regulars. I will not be ordering here again and I will be sure to tell others not to. BEWARE of rude careless unprofessional manager. Plenty of great places to eat in Worcester don’t take the chance."

"I was thrilled to find Indian food available on dughub, but eating was very disappointing. I ordered chicken kebabs, huhn tikka marsala and garlic naan. none of them tasted like Indian foods I had in Indian restaurants. I only had a few bites of everything I ordered could not like the rest. even the tear didn't taste right. it is difficult to judge the naan as it was delivered and not fresh. they have a great menu selection and that could be a problem."

"It wasn’t good. First of all the restaurant is STILL under construction, so there’s outside seating only, which was ok, but they could use some umbrellas as it was really hot sitting outside. I ordered an Italian sandwich, it only had about 3 slices of meat and that was it. The bread was beyond stale, and it seems like they knew it was stale too because they drenched the sandwich in Italian dressing, so the bread that wasn’t slimy from being soaked in Italian dressing was so stale it was chewy. The only reason I am giving them a second star is because my husband got a Reuben and he said it was “good”."

"First visitor noise level: within large loud group; outside had high loud traffic menu: completely different from online menu meals: a few were average / good, two others were marginal. Drinks: wine beer selection were good, wines a little expensive service: average, ok parking nearby But $17 because a few blocks above the ballpark on the day of the game."

"This is the type of place you worry about getting to big, an to well known, and then quality drops to keep up with the demand. A true hidden gem. Just discovered them the other day an have to say this place blows high end Mezcal out of the water. This will now be our go to Mexican food place from here on in."
