"We had a very nice time. We sat inside as the weather had turned a bit chilly. We sat at a table right under a speaker in the back by the fireplace. It was quite loud, but was turned off when live music began, which was very nice. The margaritas were great and the food was very good. My husband ordered a combo plate and he was disappointed with his enchilada. It had a little bit of melted cheese on it, but no sauce at all. He had requested chopped onion on his enchilada and that did not happen. He didn't send it back, but didn't eat it either, he said it was too dry. My tacos al carbon were perfect as well as my son's fajitas. Not sure I'll be able to talk my husband into going back, but I would. Water glasses were refilled often. I think our waiter was new, Juan if I remember right, but he was very good."

"From a four-headed session, only two liked their meals and that was because they ordered the same article, the fishtacos. I ordered the acapulco chicken and the other person ordered the red fish. both courts obviously sat under heat lamps too long, one could get from the skin that formed on the engraving, but also with that the dishes were cold. the service was so poor that we decided to eat only a little and then go instead of waiting for new teller. this was our second time in las alamedas, both of them were disappointing. Given the many numbers of restaurants in katy and houston, there are not so bad experiences as this allows this restaurant to remain open for much longer. save their calorie, time and money and dine in another facility."
