"I was in houston looking for vegetarian/vegan options and came across cascabel online. the menu looked good so decided to try it. i ordered the appetizer sampler and a bbq taco the sampler came with chips, empanadas, queso, guacamole. the portions were big, especially the queso and guacamole. the queso was good and the guacamole was average (could’ve used a bit more flavor in my opinion). the empanadas were also good i liked how they were baked and not fried. the chips were average as they got soggy and soft really quickly the bbq taco wasn’t that great and if i were to order again i probably wouldn’t order that overall great veggie/vegan tex-next option"
