"The service was good. However, right when you walk in there is a distinctive musty smell that we couldn 't get used to. Out clothes actually smelled like it still when we got home. The don 't feed the Racks girls sign near the kitchen is tasteless.But that seems to fit their theme unfortunately. My guess is that this place is popular because their drinks are cheap. P.S.They didn 't even spell Milwaukee correctly on their city themed artwork on the ceiling. Lol"

"Place was awesome and had a bunch of really cool stuff, and all the food looked absolutely amazing! Unfortunately I wasn?t there to shop and was there for a DoorDash. After I came in and stood at the register directly across from an employee doing prep, for 10 minutes with no help I wandered a little to see if I could find someone else and was again ignored by a second employee. It wasn?t till I circled back and stood at the register for another 5 minutes till shefinally walked over said ?DoorDash? and handed me a bag that had clearly been sitting there the entire time I was there. Again nothing against the store it looked awesome and I?m sure the employees are friendly, but as someone who workscustomer service, this was a little ridiculous"

"Service was great. Food was ok. Nothing negative or wrong. Just kind of bland tasting. Could’ve had more flavor or spice. Salsa bland and I had chicken fajitas and it was on the bland side. Good fresh and hot. Just missing something. But we will go back. It’s good quality food and great service."
