"The manager was friendly and attentive. our waiter has not imagined, tell us the specials, back to our table to check on us, apologize for our appetizer, which takes about 40 minutes to get to our table or look at everything to wait or make bad service. the manager returned and was very apologetic and finished our appetizers for free. he asked for our feedback to eat and service and seemed really worried. overall, keeping our waiter had a very bad taste in our mouth."

"Great food and atmosphere. We usually sit outside (better to call and reserve) and we enjoyed our food thoroughly. The menu isn't that big but everything on the menu is delicious. From their clams to their shrimp, their rainbow trout and steaks everything is really amazing. Even their bar drinks are on point, the mule is absolutely fantastic. Service is prompt and friendly. Definitely our go to for some fine casual dining."

"I am simply tied by the remarkable service and impeccable personalization of this fine establishment. I have never experienced in my life this whole hearty friendly service from the staff, especially my waitress marisa she was simply adorable and checked on a frequent basis. not to mention the remarkable manager marquis, which is an excellent guy, a man who can train employees like no other man. what a great environment. P.S. these kesefries are a pretty delectable, so cheesy, baconey and fresh. 15/10 would recommend and will come back to frequent basic, perhaps even as much as marisa visited my table to make sure we take care."

"This was my second time dining at Gonza, but my wife’s first time. Everyone from the host to the waitstaff were friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding. I got the short rib tacos (Lacko Taco with plantains, and my wife got the shrimp tacos (Camaron with the mac-n-cheese. (I never thought I’d eat mac-n-cheese at a Mexican restaurant, but now I know where to find it, and will be back for it. Everything was amazing."
