"Very disappointed! More than 2 hours waiting for an order! A first call after 40 minutes to find out where the order is: it is ready but not available delivery, but will be delivered within 30 minutes. At the end of another 1:00, I recall and the order must arrive in 10 minutes. It only happens 35 minutes later. Inadmissible to wait more than 2 hours for a cold tacos. They could at least be polite to apologize for the delay."
