"The staff were friendly, but the tacos are dry. I ordered tacos de asada, and the meat looked more like ground beef. Not good flavor to it. If you want real tacos, go to El Rey del Taco in Winston. So delicious! I was looking forward in eating good tacos today, but it didn't happen."

"Why say you are open until 2am if you turn off the grills at 1:30? Uber sent 3 separate drivers to collect an order that wasn't being made because this taco bell location accepted the order with no intention of making it- the drivers all arrived, said they had already turned off the grill and left. Uber eats being Uber eats kept sending another-because they accepted the order. Why even keep posted hours if the staff are completely ignoring them?"

"Ok, so I usually don't complain and try to be understanding given hiring post-covid. Before I address the bad, let me address the good. This was what I feel to more of an authentic flare to the food. The food arrived super hot and fresh!!! You could tell it was cooked with care and done as it was ordered. I have no complaints about the decor or the atmosphere in the restaurant. I had a taco de lengua, and it was absolutely delicious. My main dish, carnitas in salsa verde was perfection. So, grading the food and chef, 10 stars!!!!! Now, to the negative. The waiter was without any character or warming experience. Very minimal talking, seemed bothered to refill drinks and it seemed a strain on him to even say your welcome. (De Nada) I would absolutely go back for the food, but unfortunately the experience with service was subpar and I would struggle to return unless service greatly improves."

"First impressions are said to be the most important and that is perfected here. I walked in and was already greeted with and awesome smile and great hospitality. Ordered the “New Yorker,” I called it, but it’s the Yankee Dog and a Chili dog. Welcoming, clean and friendly environment. Food was inexpensive, well prepared and presented, as well as tasty. Locally owned and operated by fun people. Highly recommended."
