"This place passed several times and today was the day I decided to stop and try it, and WOW was very good grill. One of the 422 hidden gems! Brisket Sandwich the Coleslaw of Mac Cheese is out of the chain!! Definitely stop in and give Hillbilly bbq an attempt!!"

"Saw the menu on the line and thought it was a great and interesting burger selection. We drove over an hour to say that there are at least one hour waiting, we were the only 2 people waiting for 5:35 because they had a lot of reservations. We looked at the website and NOWHERE says to make reservations!!!! And you would turn off customers who have not arrived yet?? Much customer service and we take our business elsewhere."
