"I am not sure why, every single time I try this place, it disappoints. Didn't have the soup I wanted. Agreed to take another type which then arrived 10 minutes later it was lukewarm. Then we couldn't even pay the bill on the machine on the table."

"This is the third time Ive ordered from Rubios and received the wrong salad. I ordered a chicken chopped salad and received a salad with black beans, lettuce, and avocado with Ranch dressing and I cant have avocado and the wrong dressing ranch style instead of Chipotle ranch. I am very dissappointed you are not just pricey now but lack quality."
