"I went to the one on may and brittion rd at noon , overlooked the mayo on the menu , got my burger took 3 bites to hit the mayo and put it down, the bartender said he would make it right , never did and stayed on the other side of the bar the whole time , finally come over to throw my burger away while saying " you really hate mayo don't you " and walked away , needless to say i was charged for the burger and left the place hungry, costumer service is a big FAIL at this business."

"They're a hit and miss restaurant. The fries and lemonade are Always delicious. The burgers are the Best half the time, and the service is excellent half the time. That means the other times we went, the service was extremely slow and they messed things up (ringing up wrong items, bringing us the wrong check, not placing the order correctly, and half the time the burgers are off, or lacking flavor. Strange that it's not consistent, but when they're ON, they're the best burgers in the area. We love the Philly cheese steak burger, Macaroni burger, and Butler burger. You can get bottomless flat or curly fries, and they're served in the mini fry basket-Love it! We recommend the Straw melon and Gummy bear lemonade, but all the ones we've tasted are good. They also have a sampler where you can try different lemonades, or each refill of lemonade is $1 and you can request a different kind on the refill. The staff is mostly college aged kids, and they usually try hard with the service, but sometimes they get caught up socializing and that seems to be when the most mistakes occur. If they can get more consistent, they'd be 5 stars, easily."
