"I honestly don't get the bad reviews. We drove from Yakima on a Saturday night and were warmly welcomed by the young lady on the door. The place was about half full. We sat in the bar and Matt,(with two T's was our waiter and bartender. A very warm and friendly guy and he got us a drink quickly and took our order immediately. We ordered appetizers and dinners. The appetizers were in less than 10 minutes and the main course only a few minutes after the completion of our appetizers. Everything was delicious. From the time we entered until I put my fork down, there were 35 minutes. Feeling good, friendly service and delicious food, what I want more? We're coming back!"

"Some of the worst services I've ever had here. I ordered a triple meat with additional vegetables and it looked like single serve so I sent it back and got the same plate with additional vegetables no three times. When I asked the staff about it, they said: “We gave them extra sweet, there is nothing we can do,” it is unprofessional, they went to say when only fed 1 not 3 people and that is not what it was, it was not three times meat at all. we barely eat 1 fajita between us majority veggies. I didn't even ask for a discount or something that was just the right portion of huh and I was still denied. they said: “There is nothing we can do”"

"My wife went to this establishment to get lunch for her and my daughter during the middle of the day on Sunday, April 10th.This particular store was closed because they didn't have enough employees to be open.I strongly suggest taking your business to a fast food place that actually pays their employees a high enough wage that they can be open during regular business hours.This is not the first time this has happened, I suggest taking your business to an establishment that has better grasp of how to meet the needs of their customers."
