"I had never been at this point before my visit this day (the location in downtown was just more accessible to me), and to be honest, I was impressed. Large layout, terrace or interior choice were both great; we chose the air conditioning. Friendly, fast staff, tried the shrimp tostada bites (not sure it is the official name, exactly what my brain remembers lol), food was excellent. Would go again; would recommend."

"Their food is pretty good-flavorful and cooked well. They also give you large portions of meat. The last time I was there, I picked up an order to go. When I got home, I found out that half of what they gave me wasn't what I ordered. That was disappointing.Parking: Somewhat small parking lot"

"If I could give it ZERO stars I would. This was the worst service I have ever had. The older lady I think her name started with an A; Server Manager stated that I could not have my change back. I mean it was only cents, but still. She then told me that they do not carry change in the locations. If that is the case, why not adjust prices so cent change is not needed? Then she quit getting my drinks, I had to ask my friends to get them or order the food that I wanted."

"The first bite I took of the Berliner wrap was absolute heaven. This place deserves a perfect five stars and more. God Bless Spitz. The only way I can describe the flavor of their food is similar to the love of Christ. "We placed an order for pickup and it was wrong which was okay, I just went back around and got the missing item. They also accidentally gave us an extra burrito but I didn’t know which burrito was which, and one of them was incorrect when I got home. And the person who the incorrect burrito was for is very picky so they didn’t get lunch, unfortunately.I had the chicken black bean burrito which I typically really like but today I just wasn’t feeling itI used to really taco time but this order just didn’t taste very good. I don’t think I’ll go back"

"Tried to go here last night. Despite saying hello several times and waiting no one responded at the intercom. I then drove to the window and there were plenty of staff inside messing around. I made eye contact with some of them, but they all ignored me. So I ended up driving away."
