"Hook Ladder Pizza was one of the few local restaurants open following the recent snow storm, so this was a perfect opportunity to give it a try. The layout is a bit different than most pizza places... you order at the front counter then proceed to the dining area. There is adequate room for seating, and the tables are spacious and comfortable. There are numerous Emergency Services patches adorned on the walls, which is interesting for a former firefighter and two former paramedics. The food is very good; all 3 pizzas we ordered were prepared properly, and they can do both hand-tossed or thin crusts. Toppings and cheese were plentiful, and they came out fairly quickly once ordered. We also had a blackberry cobbler for desert that was okay, but unfortunately, they were out of ice cream. The menu also contains appetizers, a selection of subs and sandwiches, and a limited amount of pasta. The drink fountain had a good number of beverage choices. Next visit will give us the chance to try some of these offerings. Service was fine, but if you arrive at lunch time the number of call-in orders could slow things down a little. The cost was quite reasonable for the quality of meal. All in all, an enjoyable dining experience."

"Good burrito! I had the super carnitas burrito, and put some of that deep red hot sauce on it..... delicioso! My wife and son had a super taco each and split a side of rice. Add a box of chips and grocery store sized side of salsa and you have yourself a full family for under twenty bucks. One downside was the parking. I had to park in a lot on the other side and walk over. The service was great, very friendly! Overall cleanliness was pretty good, although the salsa bar was a little messy, but it was during dinner rush. All in all a great meal for cheap."

"Had a blast there for the Bike Rally on July 6th and 7th. Johnny’s Bar definitely kept the vibe up with good music and great staff that kept the drinks coming. Look forward to next year, or just taking a ride to stop in for some drinks. By the way Tri Tip was delicious"

"That was a nice jewel to find. It has a diner feeling, it is very clean and well kept on the outside. It is located in the airport area. I had Tacos and they were delicious. They were a little spicy, but only the perfect crowd and had a really good claw on them. It could have been tied a little around the tables, but overall it was clean. I could look into the kitchen and I was happy with how clean it looked!"

"Came here on a whim and it happened to be karaoke night. It was a super chill group and it ended up being a lot of fun singing with folks. The waitstaff have some good pipes! There were even some kids singing and being cheered enthusiastically. Great outdoor seating area with fireplaces and couches. It was a great place to relax and break up our drive. Food was good too."
