"The view was incredible, experience going to the top was awesome. The only thing lacking to have made our experience so much better was if staff at the restaurant would at least know how to smile. I don’t understand why people would work in places...where as if they are not happy. Food prices are a little up there but we understand that’s how it works. This is no sort of fastfood. Their poutine/gravy is really good tasting here. I was surprised that I liked the elk meat. Their hot chocolate looks but is too sweet. Just a warning they dont offer free water here. With everything being said, the staff would hopefully get training on customer service."

"This place is a fav for Jasper. The menu is diverse yet sophisticated and offers yummy vegetarian dishes, which can be hard to find! Riki on the door was awesome and helpful and Kelly the server was attentive and friendly. Definitely check this spot out! If you are veg order the tofu bites and the Asian spinach salad."

"As a local, here 's my spin... Came in February to try out the Authentic Burger , they had a special going on for Aussie Day, was not disappointed, the burger was quite tasty, service was okay, it was a slow night with the cold snap."

"The restaurant has good vibe, they are no good about doing any modifications on their dishes, the food isn’t tasty unless you are big fan of meh food. The location is good they have great mountain views. The host was friendly and accommodating. Thanks"

"We werent expecting much (trip advisor rating for this place is 2 and half stars). The restaurant decor is a biy dated but our table of 7 was really impressed with their entree's. Surprisingly well prepared and tasty food. I had the ribs.. fall off bone fantastico. Wine list is short but affordable. This is a humble little place and is good for the offnight where you dont want to soend several hundred dollars at a feature restautant. As such, take the four stars within the context of what this place is. I flipped the bill for 7 guests at a very reasonabke $250. This included a couple bottles of wine, a few cocktails, and most people having appetizers and entree's. A pleasant surprise."

"Great restaurant in the heart of Jasper. The food was great. I loved the Nashville hot chicken however I requested for some extra Nashville sauce on the chicken and it was still quite dry. The server was good but a little occupied since she was managing multiple tables spread across the restaurant so when we needed something urgently, she was sometimes nowhere to be found. We had to inform the reception to call our server as well. Overall a good restaurant but the management needs to increase the staff for better service."
