"Visited this place 6 months ago, and what a difference that time has made, the service was very poor, starters went well and served very quickly, Thai salad was bland asked for some Chilli on the side, got chilli flakes now that was a first, asked for a coffee only to be told no coffee sold in the evenings, another 1st for me! ordered dessert against my better judgment and after a half hr waiting we decided to pay the bill as they had forgotten to put in the order for dessert, will be coming to Karratha very regularly in the next 12 months but will be giving this place a wide berth in that time. The Blanch bar was def the best out of the two places visited on this trip."

"A customer had brought me here when I last visited karratha, which turned out to be a good experience. this time I was waiting for a menu, then after ordering my meal and a drink, I waited for over 20 minutes to get the drink and when it appeared, it was not the beer I ordered. after my main meal no one came back to see if everything was in order with the meal. I had to fly the waitress to ask for the menu and another drink. When I asked about the dessert menu, the waitress said I would wait a past that disserts me from the order of one. this place needs more personal and they need to be better trained. I would accept it if the restaurant was busy, but it wasn't."
