"Waited THIRTY TWO minutes inside, and that was for a pre order (bought and paid on the Taco Bell app before I arrived)! Had I not already paid, I 'd have been gone. I realize they prioritize drive thru customers, but only three vehicles went through it, the entire time I was there. Only one couple waiting for their food inside when I walked in, too THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT AT ALL BUSY. A guy was walking in as I was leaving. I said, I hope you 're not in a hurry, and he asked what I meant. I explained that I had waited more than a half hour for my food after someone finally came up to the counter and was informed that I was there to pick up my order. He turned around and followed me out. Their food is now overpriced and undersized and even the best fast food on the planet is not worth such a lengthy wait!"
