"When making substution for unavailable items please contact the client first. This would have avoided 30 min with customer service and I would have simply canceled my order. I ordered a steak dish, and it was substituted for a chicken dish. unfortunately, I am allergic to chicken and was unable to eat the meal. all I had a received was an email I saw after the fact with $1 refund to make up the difference of price. I had to contact customer service for the whole amount since I couldnt eat it."

"Some friends and I had lunch at Kacey's today and we were very impressed. We were greeted by a friendly hostess who seated us promptly. Our server provided us excellent service. Our orders were freshly prepared and delicious. The menu items werefairly priced. The atmosphere was friendly. The restaurant cleanliness was outstanding.
