"This place is a hidden GEM! I was told that it was elected to the BEST BURGER for a few years in a row in Tucson. Beautiful and spacious atmosphere, open area at the entrance with pool tables. A good selection of beer and spirits with special beer on tap. Spoke with the Bouncer and a few female employees, very nice people. I'm from California and I was close to training, our instructors took us here for a degree celebration. You also have bingo, pool tournaments with prizes, live music. The beer was cold and the food is amazing. If I lived in Tucson, I would stop regularly......"

"Tucson has plenty of fine resorts, and I've stayed at most of them. The Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain is my runaway favorite. They manage to impress in every way. The entire staff does everything possible to make guests feel welcomed and appreciated. That goes for everybody from housekeeping to maintenance to the front desk and everybody else. This alone would be reason enough to stay there. But it's far from the only reason. The property is hidden in a scenic mountainous area. Fantastic hiking trails are just steps away. Walk a few hundred yards, and you'll be in the pristine Sonoran wilderness. No other resort in Tucson has comparable trails right on the property. You can hike, bike, and explore as much or as little as you wish. If pure leisure is your thing, they have two great pools: One with a nice slide for kids and one mainly for adults. You can pay extra for a day pass to their adults-only spa if you want privacy. It's an unparalleled luxury and pampering with a beautiful infinity pool. You are probably reading this because you are wondering whether to stay there. Here are a few caveats to keep in mind. The best and worst thing about this resort is that it's far from everything. Unless you drive 20-30 minutes, your dining options are limited to the restaurants on the property. These restaurants are excellent but pricey. The resort is family-oriented. You will see lots of families with small children. If you're looking for a Vegas-style pool party or a venue for a bachelorette weekend, this probably isn't your scene. (For that, I recommend the JW Marriott at Star Pass. They have a deejay at their pool. The noise/action at the JW is 24/7). Finally, you'll have to do a lot of driving if you want your stay in Tucson to include some of the area's main attractions (Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Park East and West, Old Tucson, or the Desert Museum). If your time in Tucson is limited and these worthwhile attractions will take up the bulk of your days, you may want to choose a more convenient location. If none of the above caveats apply, experiencing the Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain will bring you pure joy. You might fall in love with the place! But beware: Once you've stayed here, you may not be satisfied with any other resort in Tucson or anywhere else."

"Great little neighborhood BBQ place putting out some amazing meats and sides. The staff is always friendly and go out of their way to make visitors as well as locals feel at home. Follow your nose and the delicious smoky smells to this place and try a chopped beef sandwich with slaw, or some burnt ends with cornbread, just leave some for me! The potato salad is very good, and the deserts are made in house. A nice selection of draft beers and cool patio with outside seating seal the deal."

"Nice little bar.took my brother here to eat and to have a couple of drinks have to say was satisfied i got the western burger and my brother got the cuban burger they where juicey tasteful and delicious these burgers are big so they will fill you up what i liked was i made the bartender make me custom drink and she tried her best with the limited liquor they had but still came out good she did it she was happy to serve me well definitely come back for more food and drinks"
