"I usually come here often when I decide to eat quickly. most of the time they have my order right and it is always good for fast food tacos and burritos but this last time I got soft tacos that were soggy and rough. I called her and they replaced her. overall good eating, nice and friendly staff and clean restaurant"

"It is the best tacos in the tri-city area hands down. Honestly, the best tacos I've ever had in the USA. This also goes for the one in Alcoa, which we absolutely adore! The pieces are great and the sauce station should be the model for everything Mexican restaurant in the world! It is so, so good. "We stopped in on a weeknight and the parking lot was busy, but the 3 of us were able to get a table right away. The place looked good and the reviews were stellar so we were looking forward to a nice dinner after a long day of driving. The server impressed me when I asked for a tap list and he offered a water while he grabbed that and gave me a minute to look over that as it was extensive. I settled on something, but this is when the service took a turn. It took over 20 minutes to get a draft beer, as I sat and watched our server visit table after table, he stopped and let me know the bar had not poured my beer yet, which I found interesting that he was aware of the bars current status as I watched him spend most of his time with other tables. He again mention the bar still didn't pour my beer, perhaps the bar was backed up, but I just didn't buy his excuse since I saw him quite frequently at other tables around us. Eventually the beer came and I was happy, I ordered my second half way through my first to add a nice buffer for the bar to pour that for me. The food was very good. The cheeseburger was good, the cheese they use was excellent. The haystack pasta was fantastic, full of flavor, and perfectly seasoned. The chicken fingers had a perfect golden crisp to them and tasted as good as they looked. Eventually our bellies were full and we asked for the check, the waiter promptly dropped it off, but when he took it to run our card he was back to his old shenanigans. He visited 3 or 4 more tables, disappeared, visited some more tables around us. 10-15 minutes passed before he brought our check back. I'm not really sure what was going on with the service, but if we stop back we will request anyone other then this guy. Our receipt said his name was 5152 RED, I'm guessing thats not his real name."

"A sad imitation of Mexican food. We had been told to try this place, as our friend said it was pretty good Having moved here from southern CA we were in bad need of a Mexican food fix We didn't find it here. I ordered a margarita, and it arrived barely tinted pale green. The taste was horrid: seriously watered down mixer with virtually no tequila at all. When our entrees arrived, my husband's enchilada was swimming in a thin watery pink sauce and my chicken dish had a slice of processed American cheese on it, all crinkled up from sitting under a heat lamp. "Food is delicious!! When they bring you chips and salsa before your meal, they bring you fundido sauce. It's a yummy white cheese sauce. Rough week, have the LARGE margaritas. Can't decide steak, shrimp or chicken? Get the California burrito! It's has all 3! Skip lunch, cuz dinner is gonna be very filling!"
