"I didn't get a high table even though I made my reservation 2 weeks prior. There was a 2.5 hour wait for karaoke. I was told since I didn't have the paper to go with my ID, I wouldn't be able to be there after 10pm; I guess that was fine but disappointing since my friends and I didn't plan to order any alcoholic drinks, and only came for the karaoke. We waited a while for drinks and with not being able to participate in karaoke, the loud environment and the food being overpriced our non-alcoholic drinks not coming soon enough was the last straw so I left before ordering any food. Happy birthday to me."

"The experience here was less than satisfying. The waitress made sure to rattle off all of the prices for everything that she described. It was only noticeable because she didn't do it at any other table she served near us. Since we were the only people of color in the restaurant, I can only assume it was an issue for her. I then had another server adjust an A/C unit above me without say pardon me or excuse me. The unit then began to drip on my wife and I. We requested to be moved and were eventually. This was our 24th wedding anniversary and dinner was a bust."
