"Staff was cleaning and spraying areas all around the food while there was still over half an hour left until closing. When we asked why they were doing that, their only response was the spray was “food safe” and that they needed to leave as soon as possible. Again, there was still over half an hour to closing. They were missing several ingredients (guac, sour cream, pico de gallo) and when we asked for a discount for all the missing stuff, the “manager” hid behind “policy” that she can’t work around. Then why are you a manager? We also had to wait for both brown and white rice to be cooked and the steak was way over-salted. Finally, when we went to sit down, half the tables already have chairs up and the table that was free was messy enough that we asked for it to be cleaned. We didn’t need much throughout all of this a simple apology would have been enough to make the situation better. But the manager nor her employees couldn’t even muster up that."
