"I have always liked Tijuana Flats for many years and I have always enjoyed the customer service, the great prices, the refills and a great food value for the price. Tijuana Flats original owner who are the Franchise from small beginnings near the University of Central Florida to a significant franchise across Florida and the Southeast over the last 20 plus year. A great U.S. success story. Unfortunately the original owner sold the franchise and the new ownership, changed the menu, raised the prices, changed out some of the ingredients, and eliminated customer benefits like refills on guacamole, salsa and queso. I was surprised and saddened to hear this and that great customer service has been reduced. There are other competitors to Tijuana Flats and I will now consider and patronize them when I have the urge for quick Tex-Mex food!"

"Overall I enjoyed this place, it was really chill, pretty empty (we were there Friday night after 8pm), and the food was good. The waitresses were very lively and quick to serve. My biggest pain points were the ceviche tower, I would have liked the marinade to be just lemon juice, it had a strange aftertaste. My pargo was delicious and my partner enjoyed his shrimp dish."

"A million percent hands down the best Mexican food we have had since moving to Florida from CA. My husband got the Shrimp Diablo and I got the barria tacos truly mouth watering. Not only that it was our first time and the owner or manager came to greet us and help us decide on food. Such a wonderful experience! If I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you for such a great experience."
