"I tried Sarita today at my lunch break and ordered a veggie burrito. I asked the checkout what all came in Veggie Burrito, they didn't know for sure to ask the cook, rice, beans, cheese, salad and pico. I asked if it came with sour cream and guak, and they said no. I ordered a burrito with ONLY salad, cheese, rice and beans, paid in cash, and exchanged with the cashier more pleasant. I got the burrito and went back to work. I come to my desk to discover that my Burrito guac had in it. I checked my receipt, and it clearly did not specify a pico, but did not name that I added Guac so I was confused about why it was there. I called the restaurant and another checkout answered the phone. He asked me if I had my reception, I said yes, then I explained what I had ordered. I asked if I could simply bring back my Burrito to be repaired and after an exchange essentially my word against the cook 's, he said I could return to the restaurant tomorrow to talk to the manager. I definitely don't think it was so difficult to find a solution, especially when I had my reception and had just left there."

"I used to come here regularly I loved the beef burritos the shrimp Chilaquiles and the appetizers the drinks amazing atmosphere they used to serve a comp app with the chips the beans the cheese and even though I did not eat the guac that was the favorite complementary appetizer I ordered shrimp Chilaquiles one of my favorite meals from El Bandido the sauce cheese shrimp and the onions were different nothing tasted the same I said the only reason I came back was to enjoy the food that I remembered and had asked why everything as changed his reply was new owners the Tello‘s would have had a packed restaurant with people for lunch thru dinner I always ordered the shrimp Chilaquiles and the beef burrito which usually have lettuce on the side no lettuce and the bottom of the burritos were like paste I don’t understand if they have new cooks or if they just tweaked the recipes in my eyes that was definitely the worst idea the Tello’s when they owned the place it was not unusual to be jampacked at lunch there was only one table in there that had people sitting that should tell you something as far as the service goes service they are excellent the only thing they actually tasted the same was thr chips and salsa and thr amazing peach margarita that we had to order because the other machines weren’t working Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Big salsa bar. Wonderful selection of fresh salsa. The tacos were very small compared to most places, but were very good. Adobado taco had large flavors and high quality meat cuts. Beautiful ambience with indoor or outdoor seating."
