"French dip and brownie bites were delicious. Fries were cold and basically inedible. I don't believe they were sent fresh as delivery was fast."

"I have spent easily over $500+ eating here in the last 2 months. I'm vegan and work 10 minutes away and I order from here often. I love coming here because they have a variety of vegan food/shakes/drinks. I always order the plant based beyond burger or the veggie stir fry. Flavors are awesome and its definitely worth eating here. It is on the pricier side since it is quality food. The only con I have found is that their accuracy on orders is not always correct. Today was the 3rd time that I have came and they forget avocado on my meal and I paid extra for it. I did not complain either of the times because I always take my meal to go since I am on lunch and by the time I eat my food, I already left the shopping center. Today I placed an order online 30 minutes before I arrived and they said for some reason they did not receive my order. (I placed it at 12:37pm Order #4537. They made it for me on the spot and I handed them my phone so they could view exactly what I ordered because I did have add ons. Slightly skimmed through my order to quickly read the order without taking into account what I had exactly ordered. They should have written it down so they were able to check if the order was correct/complete. I'm vegan so my first question while they were cooking my order was if they used the vegan patty... she was making 2 burgers at that time, I had ordered the plant based burger with pineapple teriyaki loaded onions and peppers with avocado. So yes I paid $18 for my burger. They forgot the pineapple on my burger and the avocado, even though I saw her put pineapple on the grill, and the other girl grabbed avocado for my burger once I reminded them I had purchased add ons. I hate to micromanage my order but for $18 a burger I expect it to be correct. I'm a repeat customer and for 3 mistakes in 2 months to happen with my orders, it shows a consistency to get things wrong. They had a sign saying they were short staffed but still, they need to be reminded that quality/accuracy of the order comes before speed. Speed is nothing if the order is incorrect or incomplete."

"We drive by this place every day and finally tried it. What amazing food, carnitas was succulent and delicious. My wife had the fish tacos, they were hot and crispy and very flavorful. My only regret is that I didn't try them sooner. Also very reasonable price wise, are whole dinner was less than $20 and we have leftovers."

"After a long bus ride and football game, we waited an hour for our food only to get half our order, ordered 4 jumbo Jr. Jumbo Jack no cheese, and somebody just peeled off the cheese, barely any chicken in the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl, nothing was fresh, egg Jumbo Egg Rolls (3) were burnt, it was nasty and I wouldn't let my kids eat it. If we're spending the money we spent, the least they could've done is make sure everything we ordered was in the bags, and well edible. We got the wrong drinks, none of the sauces we added, very sad."
