"Great food and service. The Urban Fish Tacos were delicious. I also had the candy blocks. It was something else, but delicious! It was a bunch of different types of chopped candy bars mixed in ice cream and served as cake. It was then covered with rich chocolate. I'd get the tacos back."

"I'm at a loss for words. Pictured below is a REAL Cuban sandwich. The other a total disaster. Guys. You didn't use Cuban bread you could have ordered from tampa Florida. You didn't butter the top and bottom of the buns. You didn't press the sandwich till it cooked through. And don't get me started on how everything is self serve in ur restaurant. My response to mgrs response. Buy a sandwich press and the right bread and do it right. A midwest spin on this famous sandwich is an insult. Make it right or take it off the menu. Leave it to an iowan to screw up food everytime."

"Generally a good place for a cold sandwich. You often won't find the variety of some of the larger sub shops and they don't have any hot sandwiches. But if you're looking for well-made cold sandwich they're pretty good and they're delivery is very fast."

"THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR PRICES!! BEWARE! I placed an order from their online menu for take out, and when my husband picks it up, the total is significantly more than it should have been. When I call them to point out their error, they simply state thattheir website has the wrong prices, REALLY?? You are intentionally deceiving your customers by having the wrong information(much lower prices) on your website and then stick them with a higher bill? Crooks!! Besides, my order was incomplete and someof it was wrong. NEVER AGAIN!"

"Editing this since I'm a little less frustrated than I was in the moment. In short: I had a very negative experience with delivery recently. My order arrived missing one of the entrées, and the person I spoke to at the restaurant just blamed thedelivery driver without attempting to make it right in any way. Additionally, she revealed that the delivery orders are just setout for the drivers with no attempt to ensure they get the right ones. If I had to guess what happened, the driver just pickedup one bag without realizing there was another one. This is disappointing since the food was quite good when we placed adelivery order a few weeks prior. We were also considering coming in for dinner soon. However, this situation really just souredour impression of the restaurant. I totally understand why many folks in the restaurant industry don't like delivery. I'veworked in a restaurant, and I'm not blind to the problems it creates. But if you can't make it work for you and your customers,then don't list your restaurant on the delivery apps. I realize the person I spoke to wasn't in a position to just get in hercar and drive over the food, and I know that Uber Eats couldn't care less about making these problems right. (Hell, their driverwasn't even the person listed on the app) But there was no attempt to apologize, make it right if we dined-in some evening, oreven show a shred of empathy that we paid for food we weren't going to get and now had to spend time contacting a person in acall center halfway across the world to attempt to get a refund. I'm just tired of restaurants that do this and have nointerest in coming back."

"This is our 3rd time to eat at Cancun Grill and Catina. Great place and incredible weekly/daily specials. They have a generous lunch menu and the food all comes out hot and fresh. We ordered meals at about 2:00 pm, not a busy time during the week. Had their $2.99 Wednesday house margarita special and great meals. Highly recommend the tamales. We both ordered one as a side and it was good!! Their guacamole has got to be the best from anywhere local. They can get very busy but seem to handle the crowd well, we always feel well taken care of. Our meal with tip and drinks was less than $50.00, so a pretty good deal when you see your table top full of food."
