"I ordered online and was surprised that my food was not ready when I got there, as it was 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. I asked about my to go order and they said it would be right out. I sat for a while and heard the woman ask her coworker if my food was being made and the guy said that he hadn't even started it. I watched as the entire restaurant filled up multiple times with everyone getting their food before they had even started making my mine. I sat for 20 more minutes. The employee who brought my to-go order did apologize for the wait but I was still puzzled as to why they served 20 or more customers before even starting my past due order. Then I got to the car and realized that they forgot my green salsa to go with the chips that I ordered. I came back in and politely asked them for my green salsa because it was part of my order. Then I stood and waited even longer until I eventually left without my salsa. My wife had a big chunk of something burnt in her salad. I would like a refund. The woman who apologized seemed like a nice person, but the overall service was so poor, not to mention the burnt food that I have to give it one star."

"The outside atmosphere was very nice. We had good service that was very quick. Everyone at my table got the pulled pork sandwich. Overall, the food was decent, a bit cold, but satisfied a BBQ craving."

"The staff was great. Only one person running the bar and serving all tables, but still an excellent service. Well done! The food and the drinks came out quickly. The cheese curds were excellent. The fish and chips were your average fried fish meal. Based on other reviews (read after eating there), the fish Tacos would try if again in the area."
