"Have not be back nearly two years so checked it out on last Monday night. Maybe it was too early before 6:00pm, it was not busy at all. We comfortably took the time to place our orders and select the seats this time. We noticed that the head chef was not working on the night but production is satisfied. We ordered the raman with spicy Guokai soup with half serving of noodle extra soft shell crab bamboo shoot. The other raman with Miso to go with gyoza.<br/>As we mentioned, both raman were tasteful and so as the side dishes. Production rate and service are both consistently good. This raman den should be our most favorite one.<br/>BIG TICK!<br/>Last visit: Mar 2018 rating 4/5"

"Have not been back for eight months so checked it out last night. Correct me if I am wrong. I think it is under new management since my last review. Interior deco has been changed and a friendly Japanese lady is serving at the counter, who looks like the new owner.<br/>Menu remains the same so we ordered a pork Katsu udon and an elk bento with Lobster salad, charsiu omelette, chicken meatball and ebi-fry as side dishes. Portions remain reasonably good. Taste-wise, they are all good except the pork katsu is too dried otherwise a higher mark may be achieved for the review. <br/>Previous rating: Aug 2019, 4/5; Sep 2018, 4/5; Jun 2015, 3.5/5"

"This is one of our favourite Japanese restaurants in Brisbane and we have enjoyed every meal over the past 2 years. Phuong Tran and I visit for lunch ordering Sashimi Salmon, Beef Tadaki, Takoyaki and a Golden Tower Roll. <br/ <br/ As expected, every dish is scrumptious. The two exceptional dishes are the Beef Tadaki and the Golden Tower Roll. Well done guys!"

"Today I was invited to have dinner at Zutto Bento and I couldn't have been much happier with my meal.<br/ <br/ I had edamame, teriyaki tofu bento box, inari and a glass of Sapporo.<br/ <br/ The teriyaki tofu bento box was a big serve for a small price, served with different vegetables, pickles, salad and edamame. The sauce was rich and had a smoky flavour which I don't recollect having before but was enjoyable nevertheless.<br/ <br/ The Inari also was quite different from the classic ones I've had before which were only filled with sushi rice, this one was also filled with vegetables breaking the sweetness of the Inari and giving more texture to it.<br/ <br/ My beer was served extremely cold which is more than appropriate for the current weather.<br/ <br/ Overall I had a good surprise and a good start of a week thanks to Zutto Bento."

"The Pork Katsu Curry is amazing here. The panko crumbs are perfectly crispy! The Milk Bubble Tea is great too! Wasn't too busy when I ate there too A nice casual Japanese style cafe, perfect for a quiet food to yourself or on a date."

"Been here a few times. The wait is usually 15-20 minutes. If they're busy, you can end up waiting even longer. The quality of the food isn't amazing but portion size is huge. Quantity over quality seems to be their motto. I like to be stingy so a big meal that tastes decent for cheap is fine by me. I usually get katsu chicken on rice or on noodles. The chicken is quite obviously cheap but it's crunchy and covered in sauce so tastes great. I've got a pretty big appetite but a regular sized meal from here leaves me feeling sick if I manage to finish it. Matcha frappe is so good but would not be able to drink it all if I have a meal from here too."
