"This place is good with unique selections and good service, but the dishes with sauce have too much sauce. there were some dishes that we could not finish because the sauce was overwhelming. for example, the caviar toro roller was ruined by rubbing in truffle oil (and I love truffle). it was just too much. If I ever order it again, I wouldn't ask for any oils or sauce. I couldn't even taste the caviar or toro! but I would go back. the king krabbe sashimi was the best of the night! very good!"

"Any place located in Yaohan plaza gets extra points, and the food is very good. Chawamushi and Yakatori and monkfish liver! I felt i was back in Torrance! All the food was excellent, the Hamachi I really liked too. Weird interaction with a host that's worth mentioning we have double booked reservations and I trying to call and let them know. When I arrived I told the host that I was apologizing for the double booking and told him that I tried to call, he took it to mean that I was annoyed that he hadn't answered the phone and told me about six different ways that they were way too busy to answer the phone. Even though he took about 5 minutes to explain that to me in every angle possible. Didn't ruin the food though!"

"The ramen here is flavorful. Once seated, you must fill out what you want on the paper menu and if you need help, a friendly staff member will guide you. Take your time. The menu changes with added Monthly Specials. One can easily get full on one bowl of ramen, but it's always nice to have a side dish to share. We added the Chicken Kaarage with Yuzu pepper sauce and the monthly Special: Clam Chowder Croquette. The croquette was VERY Tasty! Eating this was like a mashed potato clam chowder in a deep fried flattened ball. It was a perfect amuse bouche before our ramen. I love their Matcha Green Ice Tea, with free refills. My husband loves the Orion beer. Service here is always ON POINT with a smile. This restaurant is casual, fast and not a place to hang out. We finished our meal within an hour. Metered street parking. Read the parking signs carefully before parking. You don't want a ticket."

"Food was pretty good, the service was nice, but the prices were not as good as I thought. The For ramen, it costs too much, although I liked that the broth was not as salty as other places. The rolls were decent, especially the spicy tuna roll. I thought the gyozas were from packages bought at a store, not exactly homemade. Interestingly, the curry was probably the best dish here. Unagi was good, but the rice was not made with the best quality. Need some improvement there. The place was pretty clean."

"Busy, Busy, Busy. Need better parking or remove the drive though. I parked in back and I had to wait 20 min just to be able to leave. Good food. And I even bought 2 of their A&W mugs."
